Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders placed before 4:00 PM Monday through Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day. Please allow 3–5 business days for standard processing and fulfillment.
Delivery Orders over $150 qualify for free 2-day tracked delivery. All shipments include full tracking, and you will receive tracking information once your order is on its way. Delivery times for orders under $150 vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Packaging Every Artifact Candle is carefully packed in a crafted wooden box to protect it during transit.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@matthewbowers.co and we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Returns We have a 14-day return policy from the shipping date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email hello@matthewbowers.co. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval. Sale items, gift cards, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
A few things worth flagging before you publish this:
- International shipping isn't addressed anywhere on the site — worth adding a clause if you ship outside the US, or explicitly stating US-only for now.
- The site mentions both "3–5 business days" (FAQ) and "2-day delivery" (sitewide footer) — you may want to clarify whether the 2-day window is transit time after dispatch, or total time from order.
- You'll want to swap the placeholder returns policy link on the FAQ page with a live URL once this is published.
